These are certainly not the most glamorous cities but the demand is driven by affordability and a lack of inventory. Interestingly, all but are in the Northeast or Midwest.   7. Charleston, WV – 10.4% – $187,450
  8. Bridgeport, CT – 10.2% – $327,000
  9. Lewiston, ID – 10.2% – $469,000
  10. Lewiston, ME – 10.1% – $360,000
