Scheduled for release in November 2014, RealtyTimes is reporting that California’s standard Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA), produced by the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) is being revamped. According to the article, there will be significant number of changes and alterations in wording although “the changes being made do not represent a radical transformation or restructuring of the nature of the agreement.”
