We’re not quite there yet but this year’s “Best Week to Buy a Home” is projected to be October 12-18 with some regional variability. Traditionally, the criteria for the “Best Week” include inventory, pricing, and competition.
Of course, not all metro areas fall into the October 12-18 time frame. Below are some examples of those that do not – some before, some after.
