The latest home sales report saw existing homes move at a rate of 4.8% higher than October. Meanwhile new construction was up 6.1% over the same time last year. Active listings in mid-December were up 23% from December 2024.
Of course, listing prices remain high and mortgage rates continue to tick upward.
