Inventory is up, slightly; prices are down, slightly

Housing inventory continued to increase across the United States in February, lead by the West (11.3%), followed the Midwest (10%), the South (6.9%), and the Northeast (3.8%, while still digging out from the blizzard).

Prices declined nationally in February, down 2.1% from the previous year.

Finally, pending home sales increased by 4.2%.
