Home prices are dropping in …

As the housing market remains sluggish. median home prices decreased by 0.6% year over year in December nationwide. However, five metro areas saw a much more significant decline, fueled primarily by a decrease in demand.

1. Austin, TX – down 7.3%
2. San Diego, CA – down 6.7%
3. San Jose, CA – down 5.5%
4. Minneapolis, MN – down 4.9%
5. Washington, DC – down 4.8%
